Andrew (A.C.) “Moohah” Williams (7 December 1916 – 3 December 2004) was a musician, songwriter and a radio personality at WDIA Radio in Memphis. He is buried in New Park Cemetery, Memphis, Tennessee.

In 1949, A.C. “Moohah” Williams was a high school biology teacher at Manassas High School in Memphis.

In the fall of 1949 he was hired as a promotions director at WDIA when the station decided to convert from country music to having an all African-American on air format featuring blues and R&B.

A.C. Williams stayed at WDIA until the 1980’s, hosting shows and, according to WDIA’s website, “generally running things.”

As a songwriter A.C. “Moohah” Williams is probably best known for Oh Pretty Woman (Can’t Make You Love Me), recorded by Albert King on his classic 1967 STAX Records album, Born Under A Bad Sign.

Other WDIA Radio personalities buried at New Park Cemetery include Nat Williams and Rufus Thomas Jr.
